MSI General Corporation Continues to Give Back to Community

Oconomowoc, WI, May 24, 2017– In celebration of MSI General’s 60th anniversary, Dirk Debbink, Chairman & CEO, presented a $60,000 donation to The Oconomowoc Area Foundation endowment fund.

“We feel very fortunate to be able to live and work in this community, and as a part of our celebration, we are delighted to highlight the great work that OAF does throughout the community through our additional gift to the OAF.” Dirk also recalled those founding members of OAF that are no longer, honoring them individually by name with the company’s donation.

“The OAF is very grateful and humbled by this incredible donation. The vision and generosity of Dirk & Terry Debbink and MSI will continue to impact the Oconomowoc area for generations to come” commented Nate Zastrow, OAF board chairman.

Local leaders created the Oconomowoc Area Foundation in 2002 to provide an easy, effective way for those who want to provide support to local charitable causes.

Gifts to the Foundation help build a general endowment fund that supports local projects screened by the Oconomowoc civic leaders who make up the Foundation’s board. From this general fund, the Foundation makes grants focusing on five areas: caring for children, developing youth, helping those in need, preserving our environment and enriching the community economically and culturally.
