Nomination: Mike excels at hitting deadlines and problem solving. He rarely comes to a team meeting without being prepared, not only with updates and questions, but with well thought out solutions and adjustments. Mike has repeatedly earned the trust of his teams and our clients with his ability to see projects through, to close out a job cleanly, to finish punch lists, to hold subcontractors accountable, and to maintain project schedules from start to finish.
