We chose the perfect partner, MSI General, for our Fond du Lac expansion. We have clearly been with the right contractor. This has been one of the most enjoyable expansion experiences in my career. When I visited the construction site I was very impressed with the quality of workmanship and the professionalism of the onsite construction managment team. They are proud of their company and take pride in the quality of the project.

Our fire department and building committee were not experienced in the process of building such a complex structure in conjunction with using part of the existing building. Our committee included people in the trades, but we needed the MSI General team to bring the project together – on time and on budget. From the first proposal to the final punch list corrections, we were always handled in a professional manner.

MSI General listened and did exactly what we wanted. Whenever we had an idea to change something, MSI was always immediately responsive. This is the best experience I’ve had, and my first experience with Design/Build. We had exceptional value for what we spent. People in the congregation say the result is better than what they expected.

Other builders came to present us a detailed plan without really listening to what we wanted. MSI General got it and did very well with the differences that come along with building churches.
