Beerline Crossing

The Beerline Crossing facility was a collection of 17 vacant industrial buildings dating back to 1907. The goal was to maintain as much of the original structure in order to create 79,000 sq. ft. of office space anchored by a 42,000 sq. ft. for the State of Wisconsin, along with 28,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space. The Beerline Crossing is a great example of creating a master plan for the property and repurposing nine of the existing buildings to satisfy the office, warehouse and site circulation needs.
