Legacy Gym

Legacy Gym is a gym that emphasizes on functional fitness, while also participating in Ninja Warrior competitions. They host a variety of gym surfaces for all age groups. This renovation was triggered by the need for two bathrooms and evolved into a full buildout, including all mechanical work for the space, additional changing rooms, and storage rooms. There were many changes throughout the project including the excavation of part of the floor for additional ceiling height in order to install specialty gym equipment. The design included salvaged barn wood accent walls, benches and window sills, a 15’x20’ mural, multiple selections of gym flooring, and a 10×38’ pit used for a “warp wall” like seen on Ninja Warrior TV show.
