Miller Baking was expanding their Pretzilla line of baked goods and needed a larger production facility. MSI General worked with them to DesignBuild a 13,000 sq. ft. addition to an existing 16,000 sq. ft. building on the northwest side of Milwaukee. This addition gave Miller Baking the capacity to produce their new line of pretzel roll products. The completed building allows them to produce, freeze, store, and ship their products all from one location.
At Miller Baking’s 51st St. facility, MSI General developed and built out a space for them to produce their pretzel bites in an existing building remotely close to their northwest location. The flow of the product from raw material received in, thru the process of making the product and shipping it out needed to be precise in the amount of space they acquired. Creative engineering needed to be designed for the freezer roof top equipment to be placed on the existing roof structure.
