Bubble’s Foam Farm

The City of Oconomowoc is proud to welcome Bubble’s Foam Farm, a family-friendly and eco-friendly car wash, to the Pabst Farms Development on Hwy 67. Owners Chris Mullett and Will Loepfe, longstanding members of the Lake Country community, partnered with MSI General and CGC Engineers to build their car wash vision. The MSI General architects embraced the family farm charm of the area by creating a barn design, complete with the customary large red roof, to pay homage to the rural ambience of Pabst Farms. In an effort to conserve and preserve area lake water, Bubble’s Foam Farm utilizes a complex underground water-recycling system. Compared with traditional car washes, this state‑of‑the‑art system reduces water consumption by up to 75%. In addition to protecting the environment, customers enjoy access to free vacuums, towels, windshield cleaner, wipes and air fresheners. MSI General is proud to support area businesses and looks forward to building more eco‑friendly facilities in Lake Country.
