Life of the Project
Our Vision is to be the finest DesignBuild contractor in Southeast Wisconsin. To achieve this, we use a very rigorous process we call the Life of the Project Manual (LOPM). This process comes from having over 60 years of experience that has been refined into a set program for how we run the entire customer experience and project management. Each step or phase has multiple checklists, schedules, and formats that help us exceed your expectations.
Led by a Project Executive, the team meets with clients to discuss their vision and expectations. Conceptual plans are developed to establish initial budget and set major milestones.
Our clients are critically integrated into the process during the design stage to ensure that we are creating a building model that meets stakeholders’ expectations.
We develop the architectural and engineering construction documents. We confirm the project schedule, establish subcontractors, obtain project approvals, and secure permits.
Excitement grows as the build process begins. The team is communicating job status, executing the schedule, keeping an eye on the budget, and providing updates to the owner.
We hand our clients the keys in this final stage, but stay close at hand. Attentive follow-up at various points guarantees our accountability for the work completed.
