Ian’s Pizza selected MSI General to design/build their North Avenue locations complete remodel and expansion. MSI General will be building out the 3,069 Square Foot space, effectively doubling the size of the restaurant.

MSI General Corp partnered with the Oconomowoc Area School District to oversee the design and construction of a 2,000 s.f. tennis pavilion which will provide restrooms, covered gathering space, storage, and concessions for the award winning Oconomowoc Tennis Center. Construction was completed in September 2013.

Children’s Play Gallery
Oconomowoc, WI
2014
The Children’s Play Gallery is a museum dedicated to educating and developing young children through hands-on, creative and interactive play. The Children’s Play Gallery moved to Oconomowoc with the change of ownership. They selected MSI General to design and removate a 9,332 square foot space. Some key changes include brighter finishes, and the relocated pirate ship creating a fun environment.
Merton Town Hall Library Children’s Area

In 2009, MSI General designed and constructed the main library, but the basement was left unfinished. The Merton Town Library staff desired more space for the children’s area. MSI General worked with them to design the 1,500 square foot lower level to be a new children’s area. This gave the teens a monitored area to play computer games and a specified area for the children to read books.
