Erik’s New Role…

We are growing! Erik Brekke was recently appointed Director of Preconstruction. With nearly 30 years in the DESIGNBUILD construction industry, Erik has planned and executed hundreds of complex residential and commercial buildings. In his new role at MSI General, Erik will lead the Estimating Team and manage behind-the-scene details to help ensure project success, including conceptual budgets, hard budget constraints, project documentation and subcontract negotiation. “Plan the work and work the plan” is the cornerstone of his approach to setting up every client’s project.
