Nomination: Since he joined MSI General, Kyle has continued to improve every day with every project. He has displayed a great commitment to improve his knowledge of the construction process, including building details and systems. Most importantly, his ability to put together and manage project estimates has improved immensely over the past year. His confidence to ask more questions and take on more leadership in project discussions exemplifies his commitment to delivering an unmatched team project experience.
