Rick’s

Nomination: I would like to nominate Rick Hargarten for the core value award for teamwork. Once MSI General’s COVID protocols went into place, our Operations team was directed to work out of the shop. This is when Rick’s teamwork and ability to support others became very visible. He took charge to create an organized, functional work space. He addressed the details necessary to allow us to work there and supported the efforts of our subs. He handled material management for Bubbles and Vojet and created a shop space for all of us to use. He even outfitted the space with his own tools to fill in the gaps. I have witnessed him fabricate and/or assist almost every project with a specialty detail that he works into his schedule regardless of his work load. Rick has gone above and beyond to be a team player and assist all of us in delivering our projects on time. He has done all of this without a hand-out or drawing attention to himself for recognition. I believe that Rick is a great example of a team player; he always puts MSI General and the team first.
