Nomination: Kate consistently holds team members and subcontractors accountable to our MSI General standards and expectations we strive to follow, throughout our company and our projects. While this level of detail can be difficult, especially when we are all so busy, Kate remains a positive source of this peer pressure. She instills good habits and communication to those she works with, in time making each of us better at what we do. For these reasons, I would like to nominate Kate for the MSI General Core Value Award of TEAMWORK!
