The building interior was demoed and rebuilt to improve office and manufacturing space layouts.
The new corporate office is designed to integrate multiple teams in a modern environment.
Visual access from the office and lunchroom to the manufacturing plant to encourage open communication and employee connections.
Open ceilings and an open floor plan for flexible collaborative spaces.
A boutique/industrial 1,100 SF bar and meeting space off the main lobby for internal meetings and guest/client relations
A state-of-the-art product development lab and testing area was built.
The exterior was updated and new window walls were added to provide more natural sunlight.
TechniBlend designs and manufactures beverage and liquid processing equipment and systems.
