We partnered with Hampton Roads Capital to restore their executive offices following extensive fire damage, delivering a new upscale headquarters designed to reflect resilience and professionalism. This new building replaces the former facility with a thoughtfully planned environment that supports executive leadership, client engagement, and day-to-day operations. Purpose-built spaces include executive offices, conference rooms, a reception area, lounge, lunchroom, and restrooms, each aligned to create a cohesive and refined financial services setting.

Close coordination with ownership guided planning decisions around program, flow, and brand expression. The layout was intentionally designed to accommodate private executive workspaces alongside collaborative conference areas and a dedicated setting for hosting small corporate events. An adjacent patio and landscaped green space extend the hospitality experience outdoors, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to client relationships and thoughtful engagement. Careful cost management and scheduling strategies ensured the new headquarters was delivered efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Through our integrated DESIGNBUILD approach, architecture and construction were seamlessly aligned from concept through completion. Particular attention was given to exterior detailing, where reclaimed century-old Cream City brick salvaged from a deconstructed farmhouse serves as a defining architectural feature. This distinctive material choice creates a strong, timeless presence while honoring craftsmanship—ensuring the rebuilt headquarters stands as both a symbol of renewal and a foundation for future success.
