Life Navigators entrusted our team to deliver an addition and remodel that enhances collaboration, productivity, and mission-driven service. The updated environment includes a welcoming reception area, private offices, conference and training rooms, a copy room, and a dedicated lunchroom arranged to support daily operations while advancing the organization’s work serving children with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Early planning sessions with leadership shaped a layout that reflects staff workflows and program priorities. Open work areas were intentionally integrated with comfortable meeting spaces and designated collaboration zones to encourage seamless interaction and idea sharing. The design balances flexibility with privacy, creating an environment that supports focused conversations, staff training, and team coordination while maintaining careful attention to budget and schedule.

Through our integrated DESIGNBUILD delivery model, design and construction were strategically aligned from concept through completion. The buildout incorporated advanced technology infrastructure, including state-of-the-art communication systems and efficient energy management solutions, resulting in a forward-thinking workplace environment positioned to support Life Navigators’ long-term growth and service impact.
