We partnered with Spectrum Investment Advisors to modernize and expand their headquarters through a carefully planned addition and full-building remodel, positioning the firm for continued growth. An addition and renovation transformed the original structure into a modern, elevated financial services environment.

Working closely with ownership, we navigated the complexities of adding a second floor to a building not originally designed for vertical expansion. Structural upgrades and careful sequencing minimized disruption while maximizing usable space. The updated design includes a refreshed lobby and reception area, executive offices, collaborative workspaces, a lunchroom, and a signature two-story tower. The tower creates a strong architectural presence and houses an executive conference room and coffee house that serve as both a gathering space and a defining feature of the building.

Delivered through our fully integrated DESIGNBUILD approach, the project unified architectural design and construction management under one coordinated team. This integration provided cost clarity, schedule certainty, and proactive problem-solving—particularly important when adapting an existing structure for vertical expansion.
