Cornerstone Sports Pub & Eatery

We partnered with Cornerstone Pub & Eatery to transform and significantly expand their restaurant, tripling the size of their former space to support long-term growth and a more dynamic guest experience. This comprehensive renovation reimagined the existing facility while introducing new elements designed to elevate both daily dining and special events.

Close collaboration with ownership and design partners allowed us to strategically phase construction while maintaining operational continuity where possible. The project included a full exterior renovation featuring a new Main Street entrance, creating stronger street presence and improved customer flow. Inside, the sports bar was enlarged, and a dedicated family-friendly dining area was introduced with new game spaces on both the first and second floors—carefully planned to enhance versatility while maintaining operational efficiency and cost control.

Delivered through our integrated DESIGNBUILD approach, the renovation nearly doubled the size of the kitchen, creating a state-of-the-art back-of-house environment designed for performance, capacity, and future scalability. The newly opened second floor now houses conference spaces and banquet rooms with a balcony overlooking a new outdoor seating area, expanding revenue opportunities year-round. An elevator was added to ensure seamless accessibility between levels. By aligning design, budgeting, and construction under a single-source structure, we provided schedule certainty, streamlined decision-making, and a seamless path from concept through completion.
