Links and Drinks

This project reimagined a traditional strip mall tenant space into a high-energy, technology-driven indoor golf and entertainment destination for Links and Drinks. Designed to deliver a premium year-round experience, this state-of-the-art buildout blends advanced golf simulation technology with an elevated social atmosphere—redefining what an indoor sports venue can be.

From early planning through construction, our team worked closely with ownership to align layout, infrastructure, and mechanical systems with the unique technical demands of high-tech golf simulators. Strategic coordination ensured proper ceiling heights, acoustic control, lighting integration, and power distribution to support immersive, realistic gameplay. Complementing the golf experience is a striking 40-foot, full-service bar that anchors the space and reinforces the venue’s social energy.

Delivered through our DESIGNBUILD approach, the project required careful coordination of mechanicals, specialty equipment, and custom finishes to create a polished yet inviting environment. By integrating design and construction into a single team, we streamlined decision-making, maintained budget clarity, and ensured schedule certainty. The completed space delivers more than practice; it provides a dynamic entertainment hub where guests can refine their game, gather with friends, and enjoy the sport year-round, regardless of Wisconsin weather.
