Bringing the Avid Hotels brand to life, our team delivered a 95-room boutique hotel designed to provide travelers with a streamlined, modern hospitality experience.

Early planning focused on aligning the brand’s operational standards with efficient construction execution. Our team collaborated closely with the ownership group and design partners to coordinate guest room layouts, public spaces, and building systems while maintaining strong cost control and schedule certainty. Careful coordination ensured that the hotel’s guest-focused amenities were seamlessly integrated into the overall building design while supporting long-term operational efficiency.

Delivered through our DESIGNBUILD approach, the completed hotel features a hip and modern lobby with computer and internet access, a 24-hour integrated marketplace, a complimentary breakfast dining area, and a 400 SF fitness center that together create a comfortable and efficient guest experience.
