Bubble’s Foam Farm

We partnered with Bubbles Foam Farm to deliver the company’s original car wash location in Oconomowoc, establishing a strong foundation for the brand’s presence in the Lake Country market. Positioned near the Pabst Farms area, the purpose-built commercial car wash was designed with a barn-inspired aesthetic that reflects the region’s rural character and agricultural heritage.

Early collaboration focused on site planning and architectural character to ensure the facility aligned with both brand identity and local context. Design decisions were inspired by the surrounding Pabst Farms setting, incorporating a country-inspired aesthetic that balanced visual appeal with functionality. Coordinated planning addressed municipal requirements, traffic circulation, and long-term operational efficiency, supporting cost control and a smooth construction process.

The completed facility features a distinctive barn-inspired exterior that reinforces Bubbles Foam Farm’s brand while complementing the Oconomowoc area’s rural landscape. Modern car wash systems and durable materials were selected to support efficient operations and long-term performance. Through an integrated DESIGNBUILD delivery, the project established a recognizable, high-performing automotive service facility that set the design and operational standard for future Bubbles Foam Farm locations.

In recognition of its design quality and execution, the project received a 2020 Top Project Award from The Daily Reporter.
