ER Wagner

ER Wagner’s new-build 165,000 sq.ft. corporate office and manufacturing facility is located in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. This new facility was thoughtfully designed to replace multiple antiquated buildings that were acquired as the company grew over the course of 100 years. The old multi-building campus created challenges for manufacturing growth, material staging and office personal. The ER Wagner leadership team prioritized an organized environment that was employee-centric. The old campus provided little access or view to the outdoors, the new building was to be designed utilizing biophilic principles which creates a connection for the employees to the natural environment. The building design emphasizes the connection to the natural setting with clerestory windows in the manufacturing plant and a large window wall that exposes the employees to a wooded natural sanctuary. Respecting the current workforce, the synergies of a large team working under the same roof and the desire to attract and maintain employees, this building has provided a state-of-the-art facility with employee focused amenities.
