We adapted an older downtown building for contemporary retail and spa use, reimagining the interior to create a welcoming, customer-focused environment that supports both retail and wellness services and contributes to downtown revitalization.

Early planning focused on reimagining the 1,830-square-foot space to accommodate dual functions within a cohesive layout. MSI General collaborated with the owner and project partners to create a welcoming storefront, functional service areas, and spa spaces that balance aesthetics, privacy, and operational efficiency. Careful coordination ensured the updated design respected the constraints of the existing building while meeting the needs of a contemporary retail and spa experience.

Our DESIGNBUILD construction delivery emphasized precision and thoughtful execution to bring new life to the historic structure. The completed renovation provides a polished, inviting setting that supports Merle Norman’s cosmetic retail offerings alongside personalized spa services, contributing to downtown revitalization and creating a comfortable, engaging experience for clients.
