Continuing a trusted, multi-location partnership, we partnered with North Shore Bank to deliver its Oak Creek branch following successful projects in Germantown and Sussex. The new location reinforces brand consistency while supporting North Shore Bank’s long-term strategy for accessible, neighborhood-focused banking.

Collaboration during planning centered on translating the bank’s established branch prototype into a site-specific solution that supports efficient customer flow, staff functionality, and long-term performance. MSI General coordinated closely with bank leadership, design partners, and consultants to align layouts, materials, and building systems with security requirements, durability expectations, and budget parameters. Experience gained from prior North Shore Bank projects informed key decisions, helping streamline coordination, control costs, and maintain schedule certainty throughout the process.

The project was delivered using MSI General’s DESIGNBUILD approach, providing single-source responsibility from concept through construction. This integrated delivery method enabled early collaboration, efficient problem-solving, and consistent execution across multiple branch locations.
