Sendik’s Food Market, Oconomowoc
2022 Completed Project: Oconomowoc, WI
MSI General was proud to partner once again with Sendik’s Food Market, this time in our hometown of Oconomowoc. All 87,000 square feet of space at the old Kmart building on Hwy 67 was transformed and prepped for the new Sendik’s and additional tenants.
Improvements include:
• New electrical, plumbing, and HVAC upgrades
• New sprinkler riser and fire alarm system
• New loading docks
• Redesigned and refinished parking lot
• Complete remodel of exterior façade
• Addition of storefront glass and canopies
Sendik’s Oconomowoc won a 2022 Top Project Award by the Daily Reporter.
