TechniBlend

TechniBlend, along with its subsidiary brand Pro Brew, designs and manufactures engineered process systems and solutions for the food and beverage industry. Founded in 2008, TechniBlend began supplying automated beverage systems to large corporations such as Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Anheuser-Busch and Molson Coors. Within four years, when operations shifted to cater to the rapidly growing craft beer industry, TechniBlend acquired more than 140 customers and doubled its number of employees. In a strategic move from New Berlin to the town of Brookfield in 2020, TechniBlend expanded its operations from 25,000 sq. ft. to 71,000 sq. ft. They purchased an existing building and selected MSI General’s DesignBuild team to renovate 13,500 sq. ft. of office space, to clear out and improve the manufacturing space, and to refurbish the facade. Their new corporate office is designed to integrate multiple teams in a modern environment.

The updated building includes:

• A boutique/industrial 1100 sq. ft. bar and meeting space off the main lobby for internal meetings and guest/client relations
• Open ceilings and an open floor plan for flexible collaborative spaces
• A state-of-the-art product development lab and testing area
• Visual access from the office and lunchroom to the manufacturing plant to encourage open communication and employee connections
• An upgraded exterior with new window walls that provide more natural sunlight inside
