AMPED

We once again partnered with Bars & Recreation to transform a multi-story parking garage and adjacent retail storefront into AMPED, a high-energy private-suite karaoke bar and professional meeting destination. The project reimagined the existing structure into a vibrant entertainment venue that seamlessly blends nightlife energy with flexible event functionality.

Strategic planning was essential to convert the former garage environment into a fully conditioned, multi-level hospitality space. The two-story layout integrates a full-service bar, catering kitchen, two large event spaces, and multiple private karaoke suites, all anchored by a dramatic 4-foot disco ball that elevates the guest experience. Our team carefully coordinated structural modifications, mechanical upgrades, sound mitigation, and life-safety systems to support the unique program while maintaining cost control and schedule certainty. Detailed planning ensured a smooth transition from raw shell to fully activated venue.

Delivered through our DESIGNBUILD approach, the project unified design vision and construction execution under one accountable team. Private-party suites were fashionably equipped with state-of-the-art AV and karaoke technology, immersive lighting, and bold, colorful décor, requiring precise coordination of acoustics, electrical infrastructure, and specialty finishes.
