Bubble’s Foam Farm

MSI General partnered with Bubble’s Foam Farm to bring a fresh, family-friendly car wash experience to the Lake Country community. This full-service car wash chain required a design that blended innovative technology with a welcoming, country-inspired aesthetic. Our design team created a signature barn-style structure as an architectural homage to the rural character of the Lake Country area.

As the chain expanded, MSI General completed a second location in Delafield, introducing an additional site challenge of demolishing a long-vacant Hardee’s restaurant. Our team managed the complete teardown, environmental coordination, and site preparation, transforming an underutilized commercial lot into a modern, high-performing facility that brings new life to the community.

Sustainability played a major role in construction. Each location incorporates a state-of-the-art underground water-recycling system that reduces water usage by up to 75%—a critical advantage for high-volume car wash operations. MSI General’s construction team seamlessly integrated this system into the building infrastructure to ensure long-term efficiency, reduced operational costs, and environmentally responsible performance.
