Bubble’s Foam Farm

This project marks a continued collaboration between MSI General and Bubbles Foam Farm, supporting the company’s continued growth through the construction of its second Lake Country location. The project redeveloped a highly visible Delafield site, transforming an abandoned restaurant property into a modern, purpose-built car wash that reinforces brand consistency and long-term operational goals.

Early collaboration allowed the project team to streamline site evaluation, demolition planning, and redevelopment strategy while maintaining cost control and schedule certainty. Coordinated planning addressed site constraints, municipal requirements, and high-traffic operational flow typical of automotive service facilities, enabling efficient decision-making throughout design and construction. This integrated, single-source approach helped minimize risk while aligning design intent with constructability, durability, and long-term performance.

The completed facility features a distinctive barn-inspired exterior that strengthens Bubbles Foam Farm’s brand presence while complementing the surrounding Lake Country character. Advanced water-recycling systems were incorporated to significantly reduce water usage, supporting sustainability objectives and efficient operations. Through an integrated DESIGNBUILD delivery, the project created a durable, high-performing facility positioned to serve the community for years to come.
