When Bubble’s Foam Farm expanded its car wash locations, it once again partnered with MSI General to deliver a DESIGNBUILD commercial car wash in the Lake Country area. The project included demolition and removal of an abandoned restaurant and redevelopment of the site into a modern, community-focused facility. The finished car wash features a barn-inspired design and advanced water-recycling systems that significantly reduce water usage, highlighting MSI General’s expertise in sustainable construction and efficient site redevelopment.
