First Supply

To support operational growth and evolving customer needs, we completed an expansion and modernization of First Supply’s Oak Creek facility. The project included a 1,300 SF building addition, a 2,035 SF office buildout, and a 5,200 SF remodel that enhanced warehouse functionality, office environments, and retail-facing areas within an active distribution center.

Planning efforts centered on integrating new office space within the existing warehouse footprint while maintaining efficient circulation and uninterrupted daily operations. Office areas were built out directly within warehouse space, while retail areas and second-floor offices were remodeled to improve workflow, visibility, and customer experience. Interior improvements included conference rooms, offices, reception, lobby, kitchen, lounge, lunchroom, and supporting warehouse space.

The project was delivered through MSI General’s fully integrated DESIGNBUILD approach, ensuring coordinated design decisions, cost control, and schedule certainty. Exterior updates, including a refreshed façade and an updated entrance tied to the new addition.
