Go Riteway

We partnered once again with Go Riteway to transform an existing steel building in Watertown into a modernized transportation operations facility designed to support daily fleet performance with efficiency and reliability. The extensive renovation repositioned the structure to better serve administrative, dispatch, and maintenance functions.

Close coordination with Go Riteway guided planning decisions around workflow, safety, and long-term durability. Interior renovations introduced two private offices, a dispatch area strategically located at the main entry for visibility and coordination, a staff break area with a kitchenette, and two updated restrooms to support employee comfort. Within the service area, three garage bays were configured to allow buses to pull inside for inspection and maintenance, including the installation of a hydraulic bus lift to improve service efficiency and technician safety. Throughout preconstruction and construction, our team aligned layout, utilities, and sequencing to maintain clear communication, cost control, and schedule certainty.

Before renovation, existing structures and utilities were demolished and removed to prepare the site for improvement. Parking areas were regraded to enhance circulation and drainage, a rain garden was constructed to support stormwater management, and new utilities were brought in to serve the upgraded facility. By integrating site, structural, and interior work under a single accountable team, we delivered a cohesive renovation.
