To support Go Riteway’s continued regional growth, we partnered with their team to design and construct a new terminal facility in Zeeland, MI. The pre-engineered Nucor metal building was strategically planned to balance efficient fleet service capacity with functional administrative space, strengthening regional operations while supporting long-term reliability.
The facility includes four dedicated maintenance bays designed to accommodate routine service and inspections, along with a designated wash bay to support fleet cleanliness and upkeep. Approximately 1,100 square feet of office space provides room for dispatch, administration, and staff coordination, creating a cohesive environment that supports both field and office teams.
By uniting design and construction under one roof with our DESIGNBUILD approach, we streamlined decisions, maintained cost control, and delivered schedule certainty that the Go Riteway team has come to rely on.
