We partnered with Guardian Software to transform a former grocery store into an updated office building. The adaptive reuse project reimagined an outdated retail space into a modern workplace. Delivered through our integrated DESIGNBUILD approach, the project also included a much-needed façade update to modernize the building’s exterior.
