We partnered with HeatTEK to transform underutilized mezzanine space into a highly functional staff breakroom and dedicated training and meeting environments. This renovation reimagined the existing structure while maximizing the value of existing square footage.

Through early collaboration with HeatTEK’s leadership and staff, we aligned the layout and design with real operational needs, balancing open, comfortable breakroom space with flexible training and meeting areas. On the lower level, we integrated new private offices and a conference room, creating a cohesive workplace environment that supports both focused work and team collaboration. Careful planning ensured efficient use of space, minimal disruption to ongoing operations, and clear cost and schedule alignment from the outset.

Delivered through our integrated DESIGNBUILD approach, this project brought design and construction together under one team—streamlining coordination, accelerating decision-making, and ensuring a seamless transition from concept through completion. The result is a modernized interior environment that supports HeatTEK’s team today while allowing flexibility for future growth.
