This remodel evolved from a modest restroom upgrade into a comprehensive training facility buildout that elevates both performance and member experience. What began as a focused renovation expanded into a strategic interior transformation tailored to support specialized programming and long-term operational growth.
Through early planning and coordination, the project scope broadened to include new mechanical systems, enhanced changing rooms, and dedicated storage areas that improve day-to-day functionality. A portion of the existing floor was excavated to increase ceiling height, creating the necessary vertical clearance to accommodate specialty gym equipment.
From the first time we met with MSI all the way through the finishing touches of our project, they were responsive, professional, and thorough.
