We transformed a dated commercial office environment into a modern, professional workplace through a comprehensive interior and exterior renovation. The project reimagined the building to better support today’s businesses while elevating its presence and functionality within the surrounding commercial corridor.

MSI General collaborated closely with stakeholders to update key interior spaces—including conference rooms, offices, a lobby, reception area, and lunchroom—creating layouts that support collaboration, efficiency, and comfort. At the exterior, the once-dated façade was modernized with sleek lines and contemporary finishes, enhancing curb appeal and reinforcing a refreshed identity for the property.

The project was delivered using MSI General’s DESIGNBUILD approach, providing integrated coordination from concept through construction. This delivery method allowed design decisions, material selections, and phasing strategies to be aligned early, ensuring a smooth renovation process within an active commercial setting.
