We partnered with repeat client MGS to transform an empty shell industrial building into a highly specialized medical manufacturing facility designed for precision, scalability, and long-term performance. The Capstone project delivered 140,000 square feet of cleanroom manufacturing space, purpose-built to support advanced production processes while meeting the stringent requirements of the medical industry.
Working in close collaboration with MGS and key stakeholders, our team coordinated the complex integration of 100 injection molding presses within a controlled cleanroom environment. This required detailed planning around mechanical systems, process utilities, airflow control, and equipment layout to ensure optimal performance and compliance. Through proactive coordination and strategic decision-making, we maintained cost control and schedule certainty while aligning the facility with MGS’s operational goals and future growth.
