4,000 SF of unused space was repurposed for retail space.
The revised layout improved traffic flow and increased check-out options, including self-service lanes.
The kitchen facilities and shipping areas were also updated.
Renovations included eco-friendly materials and practices, including polished concrete flooring, low VOC paints, and the reuse of building components to minimize waste.
Energy-efficient systems, such as coolers with LED lighting, upgraded HVAC, and eco-friendly refrigerants were used.
