An old K-Mart store was gutted and transformed into a new grocery store.
New loading docks, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire sprinklers, and alarms were installed.
The exterior facade was completely redesigned and refinished with windows and canopies added.
Additional Sendik's projects include stores in Bayside, Franklin, Germantown, Greenfield, Hartland, Mequon, New Berlin, Wauwatosa, West Bend, and Whitefish Bay.
This project won a 2022 Top Project Award by the Daily Reporter.
