A former Kmart in Oconomowoc was transformed into a Sendik’s grocery store through a complete interior renovation and exterior redesign. Improvements included new loading docks, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire sprinkler, and alarm systems. A refinished facade with new windows and canopies completed the transformation.
The project received a 2022 Top Project Award from The Daily Reporter. Additional Sendik’s projects include stores in Bayside, Franklin, Germantown, Greenfield, Hartland, Mequon, New Berlin, Wauwatosa, West Bend, and Whitefish Bay.
