For the Village of Summit, this was a large and complex project. MSI General worked with our staff to meet the requirements of the State Statutes of the State of Wisconsin. Working together with MSI General, we were able to complete the project with changes and below our budgeted amount! We were fortunate to have partnered with a firm that would focus on the details to allow that to happen.I would highly recommend MSI General to any organization looking for a hard-working firm in the Design Build or Construction Management roll. MSI General helped the Village of Summit analyze the site and explore options to determine the best value for the community.
The community room is designed for village meetings, events, and voting.
The Police Department features secure areas such as a booking room, interrogation rooms, a weapons room, and an evidence processing room, all designed in collaboration with the Police Chief.
