Fiesta Cancun

We partnered with Fiesta Cancun to restore and reimagine their restaurant following a fire that caused extensive damage to the kitchen and bar areas. What began as a recovery effort became an opportunity to modernize operations and elevate the overall guest experience, transforming adversity into long-term improvement.

Our team led the complete redesign and rebuild of the space, developing a more efficient layout that improves workflow, equipment placement, and back-of-house functionality. Early collaboration between design and construction allowed us to fast-track decisions, control costs, and maintain schedule certainty while ensuring full code compliance and life-safety upgrades. By unifying design intent and field execution under a single point of responsibility, we streamlined communication and reduced downtime, helping ownership move confidently toward reopening.

In addition to restoring the kitchen, we expanded the bar area to create a more spacious and inviting setting for patrons. Updated finishes, improved lighting, and thoughtful spatial planning combine functionality with warmth, resulting in a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the restaurant’s brand and culture. The completed project stands as a renewed, resilient space delivered through collaborative DESIGNBUILD integration and built to support Fiesta Cancun’s continued success.
