The existing store underwent a complete remodel with everything being replaced except the roof structure, floors, and foundations.
Precast walls were used to increase work force and material/labor efficiencies in order to increase the speed of work, allowing the store to remain open during the entire remodel.
New utilities and services, including full-sprinkler fire protection, were added along with office space, a lunchroom, dry goods storage space, a cooler and a freezer.
Square footage was added to all four sides of the building.
