Boehlke Bottled Gas

MSI General partnered with Boehlke Bottled Gas to build a Nucor metal building to house a Makeen Energy propane bottling carousel system, capable of filling more than 180 thirty-three-pound LPG forklift cylinders per hour. The layout integrates a dedicated manufacturing and production floor with a loading dock, shipping, and receiving area, keeping cylinder fill, staging, and outbound distribution in one coordinated flow.

Bringing an advanced bottling system online required close coordination beyond typical construction sequencing. MSI General worked directly with local authorities, engineering teams, and subcontractors to meet the specialized requirements of the Makeen Energy system, from utility and safety considerations to equipment integration.

The result is a facility built for efficiency, safety, and lower production costs from day one. DesignBuild delivery kept design, engineering, and construction aligned under one team, giving Boehlke Bottled Gas a single point of accountability from concept through completion.
