Brookfield Christian School

We partnered with Brookfield Christian School to deliver a strategic addition and remodel that expanded learning and athletic spaces without disrupting the character of the existing school. Through close collaboration, MSI General helped translate the school’s needs into a cohesive facility solution that strengthens both academics and student life.

Planning centered on integrating new spaces seamlessly with existing operations. The two-story addition introduced a high-school-sized gym and new classrooms, expanding capacity while enhancing daily functionality for students and staff. At the same time, targeted updates to existing areas of the school refreshed learning environments.

The project was delivered through MSI General’s integrated DESIGNBUILD approach, providing Single Source Responsibility™ across design, budgeting, and construction. The masonry addition was carefully detailed to complement the existing exterior, reinforcing continuity while delivering a durable, long-term solution.
