This adaptive reuse project transformed a former credit and customer service facility into a modern industrial headquarters for Dynamic Tool. The existing office building was reimagined to support precision manufacturing, delivering a clean, organized production environment tailored specifically for injection molding operations. Strategic upgrades included the integration of overhead cranes to enhance material handling and manufacturing efficiency, along with the design of a dedicated metrology lab to accommodate advanced inspection equipment and streamline quality-control workflows.
