Dynamic Tool reimagined office space to support administrative operations as the company transitioned manufacturing activities to its newly acquired Development Center. The remodel focused on reconfiguring existing interior areas to accommodate administrative teams while strategically repurposing furnishings and equipment relocated from the newly acquired facility.

Working closely with the ownership team, the renovation transformed several interior areas to support daily operations and collaboration. The updates include meeting and collaboration spaces, a kitchen and breakroom lounge, and refreshed offices and workstation areas. A key component of the project involved relocating and reinstalling cubicle systems from the newly acquired Development Center, allowing the team to maximize the value of existing furnishings while maintaining cost efficiency and minimizing waste.

This remodel was delivered using MSI General’s DESIGNBUILD approach, integrating planning, design coordination, and construction into a single streamlined process. Through close collaboration and careful coordination, the project provided Dynamic Tool with refreshed, functional workspace environments that support their evolving operational needs while making thoughtful use of existing resources.
