Inpro

We partnered with Inpro to expand their existing warehouse, creating additional capacity and operational efficiency through a masonry addition tailored to their evolving logistics needs. The project focused on strengthening building performance while supporting streamlined material handling, including dedicated dock space for compactors and improved access for incoming and outgoing shipments.

Working closely with the Inpro team, we aligned the expansion with existing operations, coordinating construction activities to minimize disruption while maintaining full facility functionality. Early planning allowed for strategic integration of new loading infrastructure, including the conversion of existing on-grade doors into fully functional loading docks, improving workflow and site circulation. The addition of a new large overhead door further enhanced flexibility for equipment access and material movement.

Through our integrated DESIGNBUILD approach, we delivered a seamless expansion that aligns with Inpro’s long-term operational goals. By combining durable masonry construction with efficient dock design and coordinated execution, the project provides a scalable solution that enhances daily performance while positioning the facility for future growth.
