Pickleball Kingdom

We partnered with Pickleball Kingdom to transform an existing warehouse and former printing facility into a premier indoor pickleball facility designed to support recreation, fitness, and community engagement. The adaptive reuse project reimagined the industrial building as a modern athletic destination featuring 17 state-of-the-art indoor pickleball courts, expanding access to year-round pickleball in a climate-controlled environment.

Early collaboration focused on evaluating existing building conditions and repurposing industrial infrastructure to meet the performance demands of a high-use recreational and fitness facility. Coordinated planning addressed life safety, accessibility, and building code compliance while optimizing acoustics, lighting, and circulation critical to indoor court play. This integrated approach supported cost control, schedule certainty, and long-term durability throughout the renovation.

The completed facility includes remodeled office areas and a full suite of fitness-oriented amenities, including locker rooms, a bar, community room, reception and retail space, and lounge areas that encourage social connection and extended use. Cohesive interior design and branded elements were implemented throughout to create a consistent, welcoming experience for players and visitors. Delivered through an integrated DESIGNBUILD approach, the project successfully converted an industrial building into a high-performing indoor sports and recreation facility positioned to serve the growing pickleball community.
