This major renovation involved a complete interior transformation of an outdated office building into a modern, high-performance workplace designed to support collaboration, operational efficiency, and long-term growth for Silgan Containers. The newly renovated facility consolidates teams from three separate locations into one centralized space.

The redesigned office environment features collaborative conference and meeting rooms equipped with advanced audiovisual technology and flexible seating to support research, training, and cross-functional teamwork. A welcoming lobby and reception area showcases branded finishes and abundant natural light, creating a strong first impression for employees, partners, and visitors. Throughout the space, a thoughtful mix of private offices and shared work areas enhances productivity, comfort, and connectivity.

As part of the consolidation, the company’s Technology Center was relocated and built out as a specialized research, training, and product development hub that supports innovation across Silgan’s operations. The warehouse was also upgraded to improve operational efficiency, featuring high ceilings for expanded storage capacity and well-planned loading docks that streamline shipping and receiving activities.
